We hope to enrich the way people experience the built environment by considering the value created by architecture beyond the building and into the wider community. We have a deep-seated passion for design excellence and value pragmatic, innovative and poetic approaches to design.

Working across all scales of architecture we aim to bring innovative design thinking, thoughtful material exploration, respect for contextual design and high quality, sustainable outcomes to all projects big and small.

We approach architecture as a collaborative process and find that outcomes are most successful when working closely with clients, consultants, authorities and trades toward a shared goal. This process opens SSdH up to a full range of project types, scales and procurement methods and lets us bring innovative design thinking to every stage of the project, from briefing to delivery.

We don’t seek out projects based on type, scale or budget but on the opportunity to work with clients who want to deliver considered, high quality design outcomes that contribute positively to the built environment.
